On July 21, 2009 was published the BOJA mun. 140 (Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia) Of which we highlight the following:

Decree 293/2009of 7 July, which approves the regulations governing the accessibility standards for infrastructure, town planning, building and transport in Andalucia.

Section 8.ª public assembly Pools

Article 84. Terms of accessibility.

Must be available, according to the conditions set forth in this Section, the swimming pools and public assembly pública except those designed exclusively for sporting competitions to be subject to specific guidelines and the child given their shallow depth.

Article 85. Accessible routes..

There will, at least one accessible route that a vessel of the pits with the areas of collective use and access to them, for which purpose pedestrian pathways, spaces at or between different levels and floors, among others, meet the conditions laid down in this Regulation.

Article 86. Access to the vessels.

1. It will enable persons with reduced mobility in and out to the vessels of the pools independently and safely, this will have the following elements:

a) A crane or hydraulic lift duly approved.

b) A ladder that has accessible steps footprint dimensions of at least 30 inches and maximum riser height of 16 cm. The footprint will slip.
The minimum width of the stairway will be 1.20 meters. Be fitted with double handrails that meet the conditions laid down in Article 23.2, prologue in start and stop of the stairs.

2. In publicly owned swimming pools exclusively for recreational use will be available for access to vessels, aswell as cranes or elevators and escalators referred to in the preceding paragraph, an access ramp to the shallower zone. The slope of the latter can not exceed 8% and will have a minimum width of 0.90 meters.
Your flooring is slip resistant and non-abrasive and fitted with handrails on both sides, which is to meet the conditions laid down in Article 22.1.j).
